October is a special month for our team as we celebrate Employee Ownership Month! 🤝✨

As an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company, employee ownership isn't just a structure for us—it’s at the heart of everything we do. When you work with AVEKA, you're partnering with owners who are personally invested in the quality, safety, and success of every project.

Throughout the month, we'll be highlighting what being an employee-owner means to our team across our facilities.

Happy Employee Ownership Month to all of our dedicated employee-owners! 🎉
