⚾ Tonight's the night.

Gates open at 5:10. First pitch at 6:40. We've got the Budweiser Rooftop for the whole game.

Come early. Eat. Mingle. Settle in before the Twins take on the Tigers under the lights.

See you up there.

A peer group meeting isn’t another meeting on your calendar.
It’s a room where CEOs can step away from the day-to-day, talk openly about the challenges they’re facing, and get perspective from people in the similar position.

No posturing. No surface-level advice. Just honest conversations, real experiences, and practical insights you can take back to your business.

Because sometimes, the best solution to a challenge isn’t another consultant or another strategy. It’s talking to someone who’s been through it.

Great leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about recognizing when you need another perspective.

Leadership doesn't have to be a solo journey. Sometimes, the most valuable thing you can gain isn't another answer.
It's a better perspective.

What's one important task you've been postponing because the urgent keeps getting in the way?

Most leaders don't struggle because they lack priorities. They struggle because the urgent keeps interrupting the important. The loudest task isn't always the one that deserves your attention.
Emails get answered. Meetings get attended. Notifications get cleared. Meanwhile, the work that actually moves a business forward: building customer relationships, hiring great people, shaping strategy, and strengthening culture, gets pushed to "later."

Leadership isn't about responding faster. It's about creating the discipline to protect time for what matters most, even when everything else feels urgent.

Kurt's version of 3 problems CEOs shouldn't solve alone.

The bigger your business grows, the more important your decisions become. Expanding into a new market, hiring key leaders, launching a new product, making an acquisition. These aren't decisions to make in isolation.

The best CEOs don't have all the answers, they seek trusted perspectives, challenge their assumptions, and make better decisions because of it.

What's one business decision that was improved by someone else's perspective?

Kurt's version of 5 signs you're leading in Isolation.

The best leaders don't have all the answers.
They surround themselves with people who ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and share real-world experience. Sometimes the breakthrough you're looking for isn't another book, podcast, or strategy.
It's the right conversation with people who understand the journey.

What's one leadership challenge you've found difficult to solve on your own?

Last night, our Allied Executives members, Platinum partners, and their guests boarded a dinner cruise down the St. Croix, and it was everything a room full of leaders should be: honest, warm, and a little bit loud with laughter.

We watched the sun drop behind the bluffs from the top deck. Talked business. Talked life. Watched people who met as peers turn into people who show up for each other.

That's the whole point. Not another networking event. A table where you can say the hard thing out loud and trust the people sitting around it.

If you're leading a business and doing it mostly on your own, we'd love to have you at the next one. 🛥️

Thank you, Savvital, for the photos!

Too many leaders wear being "busy" like a badge of honor. I've learned that the real question isn't "How much am I getting done?" It's "Am I spending my time on the work that creates the most value?"

As businesses grow, it's easy to become the bottleneck. Answering every email, solving every problem, and staying involved in every decision. It feels productive, but often it comes at the expense of the work that actually moves the business forward.
Delegating isn't about doing less. It's about making room for the work that only you can contribute.

What's one task you're holding onto that someone else could own just as well, or even better?
