SIX Drafting Sammamish Remodel
6 Bedrooms (3 en-suite) 5.5 Bathrooms 4,896 square feet.
Total gut on the main floor. Added a new upper floor and roof.

I don't know who the Contractor ended up being, but they did an amazing job! They even changed a few things from my plans for the better.
