We wanted to give a big shout-out to all the sports teams and leagues who paid tribute to our over the weekend. Great stories and great inspiration from so many men and women who serve. Talk about !!!!

The one thing that hit us over and over again was the commitment our military has to each other. No matter where you are from or what you look like. They take and to a whole new level. Imagine if we all had the same dedication to our family, our friends, our neighbors, and our co-workers.

Thank you ESPN, FOX Sports, CBS Sports, Washington Husky Football and many many other organizations who supported our Veterans. And most important, thank you to all our veterans and activity duty personnel who bring inspiration to all of us!

is probably not something most of us on think about.... but imagine... coming home and your first worry isn't about getting the kids to their activities, deciding to work in the yard, or catching a ball game. It's WHERE WILL I GET FOOD to feed my family. Imagine how solving this problem, changes everything in your world to a better life. Getting any food, let alone is still a major issue for much of America. It doesn't have to be this way, and together we can make a difference.

It is interesting to reread this article on from Harvard Business Review in 2015, and a good reminder that we have been talking about the importance of for a long time. It's not just a post pandemic issue, although it can certainly feel that way with the employee/employer landscaping continuing to shift and evolve.
