Curious what our Human Resources Package entails? We can build a custom package for your facility but our main services include:
• Implementing and managing Human Resources remotely through an HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
• Issuing onboarding paperwork, tracking all expiration dates of professional licenses, malpractice insurance, CPR/First Aid, TB test and other documents set to expire
• Assisting with terminations per California law, this includes providingn the proper paperwork and training on the correct methods of separation
• Ensuring documentation is always current and compliant with DHCS, The Joint Commission and local county and state laws
• Developing a propriety tracking system to assist with tracking personnel documents that are missing or set to expire
• Running background/MVR reports and adding drivers with insurance carrier
• Managing payroll and issuing payments for outside providers
• Managing health insurance benefits with insurance broker (if applicable), unemployment paperwork, disability, and workers compensation claims
• Managing 401k's or retirement plans with contracted carriers
• Managing email systems and users through Company system
• On-call for any questions, advice and concerns
