The Halloween Party Brew is fermenting.
I've named it BananAI.
It is a Chocolate-covered Banana Porter. The recipe was generated by ChatGPT! So far it's turning out to be a very dark, sweet brew!

I racked my S'marshalls S'mores Stout brew into a secondary. It'll be in there for about a week, then I'll keg it. Of course I sampled it. Tasty stuff!!

I had to pitch a second yeast, since the first was dormant.

Creek Side CL update....
Still an abundance of flatus occurring from the yeast, but the latest reading shows I'm up to 4.7% ABV in 3.5 days.

Brew day went well!!! Good to get back to it!

'Schwarzbier 9/11' will be ready in a couple/few weeks. Nice color. Figuring about 4-4.5% ABV.

I'll post a link at Metal SKULL Beer tomorrow if anyone would care to track the fermentation.

After transferring to the secondary and cleaning the Tilt, it has a correct buoyancy and showing 1.007, which is 4.5% abv. Kegging tomorrow.

Another day at 1.003. Barely a bubble through the tube and the temp is lowering. Time to rack to secondary tonight.
