Woodland Park Panther Recycling Electronics Recycling Depot It is WPPR’s commitment to continually improve this program to align itself with the ideals of the environmental leadership program.

To provide educational services to the students serviced by Ute Pass Boces who require further career exploration prior to graduation, thereby providing them with important job skills and readiness for a successful transition into the world of work. This program also serves as a beneficial service to the Woodland Park community and outlying areas through educating and providing an electronics recycling depot to the local residents. The Woodland Park Panther Recycling Program thereby helps to decrease the amount of electronics waste being wrongfully disposed of into the environment which may create toxic and hazardous conditions. In order to provide these services to the students and the community, WPPR has worked with the State of Colorado to be in compliance with all state mandated hazardous waste regulations.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our last recycling event of the school year today. In August we will announce our next recycling event.

Just a side note, all the funds raised go back into our transition program to support young adults with on the job training, taking apart electronics, and learning tool knowledge.

We appreciate the support of the community. Thank you again.

♻️ Saturday, May 16, 2026 is our next scheduled recycling event from 10 am-12 noon behind WP Jr/Sr High School! This will be the only recycling event held before summer break. Next event will be held the beginning of the school year in August/September 2026. ♻️

Hello wonderful Woodland Park Community! Unfortunately, due to the snow accumulations and our loading dock not being cleared of snow, we will need to reschedule our community recycling event that was scheduled for tomorrow yet again. Please stay tuned for another post with that information over the next few weeks, and hopefully we will have better luck with the weather for our next scheduled event.
