I've been asked why my energy testing is so complicated, and the answer is, I've waded through a lot of crazy to get consistent, accurate answers. Energetic update:

If you're feeling less energized, complacent, or like a new direction isn't opening up, it is because we collectively are currently in a massive transition period.

The word of the day is rest. Hydrate, get sunshine as you can, and take it slow, because your energy is upgrading at an unprecedented (yet very much calibrated) rate. Prioritize being kind, receiving kindness, and holding love.

This phase will end. In the meantime, go easy on yourself, have patience with everyone, and remember that if something isn't serving kindness and love, it isn't that important in the long run.

Alrighty, friends. With the end of the school year comes the beginning of summer hours. I will be offering virtual sessions throughout the week and in person (massage) sessions Wednesdays, Fridays after 5pm, and Saturday mornings. My hours are updated on my scheduling site. Energy work and massage go so well together. Lately I have been inspired to add Reiki attunement to massage sessions, and honestly, I'm delighted at the results--as are the clients who have experienced it.

Energetic update:

We as Light Warriors are going into territory that is strewn with minefields. It is not weakness to ask for help. It is actually our responsibility to make sure we are clear for duty.

Obviously, we need to check with our own intuition and learn to trust it. But there is a learning curve to it.

If something feels even remotely off, double or triple check it. Your spirit team will not find it a burden or find you annoying. If you get feedback from your spirit guides that sounds like you're a problem for asking, or has an edge to it, you're not reaching the right people.

Archangel Michael is going to be one of the best resources. He's a heavyweight trained in security and enjoys the work. He's also been upping his game lately, and I love the vibe he puts off. Honestly, most of the archangels have been taking advantage of their own resources for healing and rejuvenation, and are much better equipped to handle the work than they were before.

Yes, even the highest levels of help need their own help and are in their own progression track as beings.

We are in a time of extreme shifts, extreme contrast of light and dark, and extreme energy of all sorts. This is an amazing growth opportunity which also has plenty of pitfalls. Be planted solidly in your grounding in love at this time, and reach out to others who are also grounded in love. We thrive in community.
