We couldn’t be happier with Manny and his service! After contacting multiple pest control companies that only wanted to set traps without addressing how the rats were getting into our home, we finally found someone who actually took care of the problem.Manny came out within 24 hours, caught a rat, and sealed the hole they were using to get inside. The next day, three more rats were caught, and he came back to dispose of them. What really sets Manny apart is that he addresses the root of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms. He’s professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about his customers. It was a pleasure working directly with him as the owner, and we couldn’t be more pleased with his service.Highly recommend Manny to anyone looking for honest, reliable pest control! He’ll absolutely be our first call if we ever have another pest issue

Manny cleared up our yellow jacket problem. We had a huge nest in the attic and Yellowjackets were leaking into the house. Manny took care of the nest and even did a follow up to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend Manny and his team.

Of about a dozen companies I called, First Strike was the only one who could get somebody out same day at 5:00 PM. Manny handled the issue like a pro immediately and we were smooth sailing after that. Highly recommend!

Chris was great during our initial inspection! Professional, timely, and explained everything thoroughly. We’re looking forward to service with them!Update: Muhammad came out to complete our first treatment, and we couldn’t have had a better experience! So friendly, warm, and thorough. He explained everything to us and even checked out areas we were concerned about to give us the best course of action. I’d recommend First Strike to anyone after our great experience with them!

Manny is a true lifesaver! We had our AC go out and when the repairman showed up, we realized we had a yellow jacket nest at the AC condenser. I reached out to Manny in the middle of the night and he came to remove the nest less than 12 hours later.

Muhammad came in and quickly addressed a rodent and pest issue. They not only put a number of traps and bait boxes out, but also did some home modifications to ensure any entry points were closed off. Within about a week we were rodent and pest free. Can't recommend Muhammad from First Strike enough!
