Meet Charles, our new Sr. Chemist and formulator at Shay Labs.

This guy is a legend in the beauty and personal care industry.

Been there, done that type of guy.

You cannot walk into any retail chain of any store and not see the products he's created, sitting on the shelves.

From shampoo and conditiones to balms and sprays and oils and everthing in between. This guy has truly done it all.

We are lucky to have him.

So are our customers.

As brand owners, we started Shay Labs to solve the problems we ourselves faced with our own suppliers.

-Our orders were late
-Our quantities not large enough, perhaps, to be taken seriously
-Our calls would go unanswered
-Our emails not responded to
-Promises made, but not kept

Eventually we had enough, so we asked the question;

"How hard can it be to make our own products?"

We wondered. Then we found out.

As it turns out it's pretty hard. Real hard. 😐

But what isn't, that's worth doing?

So we figured it out.

And now we’re doing it for some of the biggest names in the industry.

We spend so much time at work, why not fill it with those we love and respect?

We aim for under 2. But always the same day 📅
