I just want to let perspective new customers know that I am located in Northwest Oklahoma and service the surrounding communities.
I’m saying this because I have been getting a lot of calls and messages from people supposedly asking for appliance repair and they never respond back or they live out of state. I’m just letting everyone know that I’m located in Oklahoma.
So if my name pops up to anyone who lives in a different state, I just wanted to let you know where I’m located at & the areas I service. Thank you.

Friends be careful buying appliances from other people. Make sure that they have the Appliance running when you show up to see it and if it’s a refrigerator, it’s already been cooled and running so you can verify that it works.
The reason I say this, I just got done with a service call on a Kenmore refrigerator that I would call Frankenstein refrigerator.
The poor Customer bought this refrigerator from someone in Mooreland for $800. It has the wrong compressor in it. The soldering was horrible on the copper tubing, one of the copper tubing was bit in a way that would restrict the flow of Freon in the system. Did not have the right start relay for the compressor. They had rewired the power input to the refrigerator in a way where you could not use any of the functions on the board or the control panel bypassing all safety features of the refrigerator
I’m glad this customer called me to inspect the machine because this could have been a serious safety issue.

Changed out a water heater tub in a Samsung refrigerator and a convection fan motor in a LG oven for a customer over in Buffalo OK.

Performed a full service on a customers dryer, which included changing out a bad heating element, new belt, new drum rollers, and idler pulley arm with wheel. The dryer was also thoroughly cleaned and inspected to make sure all other components were functioning properly.

Had one of my customers give me a call tell me that their driver made a loud banging sound. From the description they gave It sounded like the belt broke and the idler pulley slammed down, causing the switch to trip stopping the machine.

Once I got to the customers house, there was no power to the unit, which was weird. On opening the top of the unit, I noticed a humongous electrical arc had occurred right next to the main board of the dryer. Burning right through the wires and melted part of the board. This could’ve been a very bad situation for my customer. Luckily it did not cause a fire. Later, I found out that the unit was smoking and had a very bad smell to it.

If you ever have a dryer that makes it very loud sound and is smoking and has a bad smell to it immediately flip your breaker for the dryer. More than likely you had an electrical arc occur. This could lead to a fire. Stay safe out there.

Four weeks ago, I performed a repair on a Maytag gas dryer by replacing the igniter for a customer located near Mutual. The customer has since contacted me, reporting that the dryer is no longer functioning properly. My investigation revealed that the igniter had arced and cracked. I rectified the issue by cleaning up the debris and replacing the igniter at no cost to the customer.
