We are truly humbled, honored, and grateful for this recognition. A special thank you to our dear Treasurer, Nidia Perez, owner of Mandy’s Travels for more than 30 years and who proudly represented the MSBA and all our members.

Who says economic development is only about buildings? It’s really about people. ❤️

At the Main South Condominium Plaza, a simple game of dominoes became something much bigger. Neighbors, business owners, families, and friends gathered around the tables where generations connected, conversations flowed, and friendly competition reminded us that the best investments are often the relationships we build.

This traditional Main South Business Association
Domino Tournament for the last 6 years is more than a community event. It’s a celebration of what happens when economic development creates opportunities for local entrepreneurs to grow roots. The six commercial spaces at the plaza are home to hardworking neighborhood business owners who are leasing to own already investing in their businesses today while building equity, wealth, and a lasting legacy for tomorrow.
