🎉✂️A Historic Day for Main South! ✂️🎉
Yesterday we proudly celebrated the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Main South Plaza Commercial Condominiums, the first lease-to-own commercial condominium development of its kind not only in Worcester but in all Massachusetts. 🎉🎉.

This project represents more than new storefronts, it represents ownership, opportunity, economic growth, and generational wealth for local small business owners who have invested years of hard work into serving our community.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the six business owners who are now taking this exciting next step in their entrepreneurial journey. Your perseverance, dedication, and commitment to Main South have made this moment possible.

A special thank you to MassDevelopment the Transformative Development Initiative (TDI), the City of Worcester, the Main South CDC, and all the community partners whose vision and support helped make this dream a reality.
We are especially proud that five of the six businesses are members of the Main South Business Association, reflecting the strength and resilience of our local business community.

The conference is designed for existing business owners, budding entrepreneurs, veteran entrepreneurs, millennial entrepreneurs, women-owned businesses, and other underserved entrepreneurs in search of business help. On Saturday, April 18, 2026, few members of the
Main South Business Association came together not just as business owners, but as neighbors committed to the Main South community we’re proud to call home. Many of us live, work, run our businesses and have raised our families here, making this effort even more meaningful.
