Most service businesses don't have a marketing problem.

They have hidden gaps in their client journey — places where clients hesitate, disengage, and quietly stop referring.

And most owners never see them.

In this free live workshop, you'll map part of your own client experience and find exactly where those moments are happening in your business — and what to do about it.

This is based on Unreasonable Hospitality — the philosophy that helped turn Eleven Madison Park into the #1 restaurant in the world. Applied practically to your service business in just 60 minutes.

📅 Tuesday, March 24th @ 1pm EDT
📅 Monday, March 31st @ 11am EDT

Space is limited to 10 people per session so it stays interactive and focused.

Most service businesses try to grow by doing more marketing.

More content.
More networking.
More ways to stay visible.

But the businesses people remember often do something different.

They create experiences that stand out — the kind people talk about, return for, and recommend.

That idea sits at the heart of Unreasonable Hospitality, the philosophy that helped turn Eleven Madison Park into the #1 restaurant in the world.

I’m hosting a free live interactive workshop where we’ll map part of your customer journey and find the moments that can create loyalty and referrals.

It’s a working session, not a lecture.

And I’m limiting it to 10 seats so we can actually think through real businesses together.

I’ll drop the link in the comments if you'd like to join us.

If you’ve ever sat through 30 minutes of networking introductions thinking…

“Are we actually going to talk to each other?”

You know the kind.

Everyone gives their 60-second pitch.
The clock keeps ticking.
And somehow you still leave without really meeting anyone.

That’s exactly why I started hosting Women’s 1-on-1 Speed Networking Hour.

Instead of long intros and chaotic breakout rooms, you’ll have five real 1-on-1 conversations with women business owners — one person at a time.

And you can even request who you’d like to meet in advance, which makes the conversations much more intentional.

Every month 40–60 women entrepreneurs join, and it’s been really fun watching the connections (and collaborations) that come out of it.

We meet twice a month:
📅 2nd Thursday at 1 PM EST
📅 3rd Tuesday at 1 PM EST

And yes — it’s completely free.

I’ll drop the registration link in the comments. 🎉

January is officially sold out… so February is up next. 🔥

This is intentional, one-on-one networking for women who want real connection.

Real conversations. Easy follow-up. Your time respected.

If you missed January, February is your chance. 🥳

I’ve been thinking about how many people say they want to network…
but don’t actually enjoy most networking.

That’s exactly why I host this the way I do.

Our January 1:1 Women’s Speed Networking session just sold out, so I’m now opening registration for February.

On February 17th from 1:00–2:00 PM EST, I’m hosting a free, virtual 1:1 women’s speed networking hour designed to feel calm, human, and genuinely useful.

- Every conversation is one-on-one.
- You can see who’s attending and request who you’d like to meet ahead of time.
- No big group call. No performing. No rushing your way through a pitch.

If traditional networking hasn’t been your favorite—but you still want meaningful connections—this might be a better fit.

February registration is now open!

Great customer experience isn’t accidental. It’s intentional care, made consistent.

The best experiences come from anticipating needs before someone has to ask—and designing for that on purpose.

Customers don’t leave because you’re bad at what you do. They leave because the experience makes them feel processed instead of important.

Networking doesn’t have to feel loud or overwhelming.

On January 15th from 1:00–2:00 PM EST, I’m hosting a free, virtual 1:1 women’s speed networking hour designed for calm, focused conversation.

It’s completely online and truly one-on-one—no big group call and no long introductions. You can also see who’s attending and request who you’d like to meet ahead of time, which makes the conversations feel easy and relevant.

It’s a great fit for women who enjoy networking but prefer it to feel intentional, efficient, and human.

We’re keeping it small on purpose and are almost full (just 8 seats left).

One of the things I care most about when hosting networking is who’s in the room and how the conversations happen.

Here’s what Kathleen Lawson shared after attending one of my 1:1 women's speed networking events:

“Dani attracts incredibly high-quality women to her speed networking events—and there are always new faces. I also love the platform she uses. It’s the only networking event I attend that’s truly built around efficient, one-on-one conversations. If you’re in a service-based business and value meaningful connections, I highly recommend this event.”

My next 1:1 Women’s Virtual Speed Networking is on January 15th | 1:00–2:00 PM EST.

We’re nearly full and intentionally capped at 50 women.
