In the spirit of Breast Cancer Awareness month, here are some Pink Accented Concept Board Designs .💕

Sooooooo, I’ve been quiet on insta for a bit..... On July 22 of this year, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. It was less than six months after I had my annual mammogram/ultrasound and was told that I was all good. I was always told that it was tough to find anything when you have dense breast tissue, which is why they did not detect it in that annual mammogram. I thank God that I felt a foreign area in my right breast and that I made another doctors appointment! I’m almost finished with my treatments and still have my journey to complete but I’m so thankful for all of the support and love along the way!

Did you know that 1 in 8 women (about 12%) will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of her lifetime? Besides skin cancer, breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among American women.
About 85% of breast cancers occur in women who have no family history of breast cancer.

It is so important to do your own exams. Be consistent with your screenings and be your own advocate!
