In today's world, it's common for offices to start late, and burning the midnight oil is often seen as a badge of honour among entrepreneurs. But as I explored Islamic teachings, I realized that this culture of late starts was depriving me of something precious: blessings.
There's a sense of tranquility in the early morning hours that fosters better focus and productivity. By waking up early, I found that I could accomplish more in my day and felt a deeper connection to my faith.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) emphasized the blessings of the early morning and encouraged us to make the most of this time through prayer, reflection, and seeking sustenance through hahal means.
In the Islamic paradigm, time is not linear; for example, the hours from 4 am to 8 am hold a special blessing known as barakah, which makes them more fruitful than the equivalent hours later in the day. Embracing this concept, we can achieve more in less time and experience greater fulfillment.
Through my own journey, I've discovered that starting my day early not only boosts my productivity but also invites blessings into every aspect of my life.
So, if you're struggling to find balance and fulfilment, I encourage you to explore the beauty of morning productivity. Trust me, the rewards are beyond measure.
