Another great Tuesday morning with the Berks County Networking Association! 👏

Today, we had the opportunity to hear from two of our members and learn more about the stories behind their businesses.

Chris Hall with Republic Services shared his professional journey, how he got started, and what ultimately led him into the waste and recycling industry. His presentation offered great insight into the people, relationships, and experiences that shaped his career.

We also heard from Suzy Lysczek of Suzy Rae Design, who shared the story behind building her business. From her creative background and local roots to the wide range of marketing and design services she provides, it was inspiring to hear how passion and creativity helped shape her entrepreneurial journey.

Thank you both for sharing your experiences, expertise, and personal stories with the group. It’s always valuable to learn more about the people behind the businesses we know and trust.

BCNA members had a great time playing music trivia at Bertie’s Inn last night. Team “The Toddfather” took first place 🏆 out of ten teams. Congrats! We all had fun. “The Jukebox Heroes” didn’t do so bad either. 😜

Another great week of networking, learning, and supporting local businesses! 👏

This week, we had the opportunity to hear from Dominic DeFreece of DeFreece Financial Solutions, sharing insight on helping individuals and businesses plan for a stronger financial future. We also heard from Dan Reber with TeamLogic IT, discussing the importance of reliable technology and IT support in today’s business world.

We love seeing local professionals come together to share knowledge, build connections, and help each other grow. Thank you both for speaking with the group this week!

Throw back, to when we heard from Krista with Jersey Ink Custom Apparel and Jason Evans with Kistler O'Brien Fire Protection , both brought incredible value to the room.

Krista showed up with custom T-shirts for the entire group, designed by fellow member Suzy Rae Design. That kind of collaboration is exactly what makes this group so special. And if you’ve worked with Jersey Ink before, you already know… they’re our go-to for ALL things printing.

Jason shared insights from Kistler O’Brien Fire Protection, highlighting the importance of keeping businesses safe, compliant, and protected. A huge asset to have in our network.

Another strong week of connection and professional growth.

Tina Newcomb of Tina's Therapeutic Touch Massage Services brought both insight and intention, providing each member with business card holder folders and encouraging everyone to stay prepared for meaningful connections at any time.

We also heard from Daral A. Woerle, Esq. of Woerle Law, who shared his personal and professional journey leading up to launching his firm. Understanding the path behind the business adds a level of respect and connection that goes beyond a typical introduction.

Moments like these are what make a strong network even stronger.
