Today is Wear a Hat Day, this day is a fun way to show support for brain-tumor research. So, get your favorite hat out of the closet and dust it off, or even treat yourself to a new one. If you want to you can even get creative with it, make a paper hate, and decorate. Today is about showing your support, helping make a difference and raise awareness for a great cause.

This week March 18th – 23rd is Wellderly Week! We should celebrate our elders every day of the year but it’s important to designate observations that are dedicated to the well-being of senior citizens. Wellderly Week encourages community members to come together and help the elderly live their life to the fullest. So, in honor of Wellderly Week let’s take time to encourage our elders to take up a hobby or visit a senior center and even volunteer some of your time to give them company, and don't forget to thank the elderly in your family and even around you.
