When the sheathing on your wire on the outside of your home is old and deteriorated water will find its way into your panel. This creates a hazardous corrosion on the wires inside the panel causing bad connections, heat, and possible fire. As you can see in the pics of the before, during, and after. This home had a lot of circuits going on.
