Generational Care is seeking our next Executive Director.

For decades, Generational Care (Formerly Senior Life Resources) has been dedicated to helping people live with dignity, independence, and connection. Thanks to the vision and leadership of those who have come before us, our organization has grown into a trusted resource serving communities throughout Southeast and South Central Washington. We now offer three primary programs: Home Care Services. Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels, and Healthy Ages

As we look toward the future, we are seeking a servant-hearted leader to build upon that strong foundation. Our next Executive Director will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for an organization united by a shared commitment "to preserve and enhance the quality of life for every generation, with dignity and care".

This is an opportunity to honor a legacy of care while helping shape the next chapter of impact for the communities we serve.

This special event marked an exciting chapter in our organization's journey and reaffirmed our commitment to serving our community.

Formerly known as Senior Life Resources, we have rebranded as Generational Care because our mission extends beyond serving one age group—we are here to support all generations. From children and young adults to seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, we are committed to preserving and enhancing the quality of life for every generation with dignity and care.

We are grateful to everyone who joined us for this celebration and for the continued trust and support of our community. This ribbon cutting symbolizes not only our growth but our ongoing dedication to ensuring individuals of all ages have access to the care, support, and resources they need to thrive.

Did you know there are programs that may help Veterans receive in-home support with daily activities such as bathing, meal preparation, housekeeping, and more?

🍽️ NEW at Home Care Services — “Together at the Table” 🍽️

Once a month, we will be adding a new Together at the Table series! This series is a wonderful opportunity for our clients, caregivers, and community members to come together in the kitchen and create delicious, budget-friendly meals.

Our goal is to encourage connection, conversation, and quality time while sharing simple recipes that are easy to make and enjoyable for everyone. At times, we will also include video links so you can follow along from home.

We are excited and hopeful that this series will help create meaningful connections within our community — one meal at a time. ❤️

In observance of Memorial Day, all meal sites, home deliveries, and office operations will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026.

As we pause to honor and remember those who served and sacrificed, we extend our gratitude to all who have given in service to our country.

Regular operations will resume on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

Thank you for your understanding, and we wish everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.
