Well got the new toolboards in, reprinted the toolheads to fix broke/warped parts. Retention belts and run the graphs.. Yada yada yada. Hope the next time I do it, is for the cnc metal toolhead. If anyone does cnc and willing to help a brother out.

Now it's time to try pc-abs since it should hold past 90C.

I got the o2s boards, and got them all flashed up and mounted. Despite having faulty cables from factory, I managed to get it running. While doing sanity checks for all components... I noticed my parts cooling fan was not responding.
Had to take the toolhead apart to get the fan out, but due to abs not holding well... that got difficult. Dobby got destructive.

Dobby is printing new parts for both toolheads now. I cant wait to make enough money for the metal frame toolhead. Anyone with a cnc able to help a brother out in the meantime? The step files are available, or I wait for the flow to upgrade. Either way.. im still gonna keep making progress.

Also pictured is a fan I bought long ago when I had the foresight of fans going out.. somehow the wires got pulled off the board.. thankfully I had bought 2!

Just a small taste of what I have been up to the last few days.

In the midst of removing the ebb42 boards, I upgraded to the o2s toolboard that comes with the upgrade package for the ratrig. That has left me rewiring both toolheads and then adjusting the electonics panel. So I decided to take some time and tidy her up. This will also allow me to reduce the weight of my umbilical, and hopefully get rid of some of the vibrations. We will see. One more cord has yet to arrive and thats all I need to complete the makeover. Then back to printing!

Just over 60hrs in. Over halfway done!

On another note. I am going to open up 3-5 spots on pre order. My glasses just snapped in half and Im fairly blind is the reason for this. I have a couple orders standing.. and this will prevent me from opening up fully for a little longer, but I need to see.

When I do open up fully. There will be a little change to pricing, meaning I will be charging more for 1 piece bodies given that they take longer and more material is wasted with supports.

Can handle.up to about 200°F.
Rumor has it, you can acetone v***r smooth this filament.
I will be testing on small pieces.
