The Clearwood Community Association is a gated Home-Owners Association about 10 miles South-East of Yelm. Our community was developed by Weyerhaeuser Cooperation and incorporated under RCW 24.03 in 1974. In addition to our amenities we own and operate a large Group-A water system within the community. Our community has many volunteer opportunities as we are governed by a volunteer boardwhich is responsible for the oversight and safekeeping of the Community and its corporate assets. There are many committees that assist the Board in its function and serve the community as a whole. See volunteering for more information

Management

We currently have in place a Professional Management Team to oversee the general, day-to-day operations of the Association in its administrative and maintenance functions. This includes oversight of all staff, projects, and the coordination of various supporting efforts for the better service of our Members. The Management Team reports to the President of the Board of Directors and is responsible to the Board as a whole. [email protected]

COMMUNITY REMINDER NOTICE

Gate Safety and Traffic Obstruction Reminder

To ensure the safety of all residents, guests, and vendors entering and exiting the community, no person may obstruct traffic at any entrance gate for any reason.
Residents, candidates, campaign volunteers, vendors, and other individuals are prohibited from:
Stopping vehicles at the gate to engage in conversations.

Distributing flyers, campaign materials, advertisements, or other literature.

Soliciting residents or visitors at the gate.
Engaging in any activity that causes traffic delays or backups at the entrance.

These actions create unnecessary congestion, present safety hazards, and interfere with the normal operation of the community's access control system.

Any individual found obstructing traffic or distributing materials at the gates may be subject to enforcement action, including fines as authorized by the Association's fines and fees schedule.
In addition, individuals who engage in such activities may be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or accidents that occur as a result of traffic backups or unsafe conditions created by their actions.
We appreciate everyone's cooperation in keeping our entrances safe, efficient, and accessible for all members of the community.

Thank you for your attention to this important safety matter.
