A great realtor who is known by no one will always have a roller coaster deal flow.
The worst clients to lose aren't the ones who chose someone else after meeting you.
They're the ones who would have chosen you in the first five minutes, if they had just known you existed.
But if you're not creating content and marketing yourself, those conversations never happen.
Those opportunities are never created.
And those clients go somewhere else without you ever knowing it.
Being a high-producing agent has more to do with marketing and sales than most agents want to admit.
You have to be great at what you do; that's the baseline.
But if you can't create opportunities for yourself, you can't help anyone.
Marketing's only job is to put you in front of the people who are already looking for someone exactly like you.
Start letting it do that. 📈
