If you want to be effective and successful in your personal and professional life, you must leverage self-awareness to develop authentic leadership. With an accurate perspective on yourself and your working style, you’ll gain new insight into how others prefer to work. From there, you can optimize the way you present ideas so that your peers, managers, or customers will be more receptive and colla
borative. For the past eight years, I have been helping groups of entry-level associates, sales professionals, managers, students, teachers and faculty, c-suite managers, and upcoming leaders to achieve more through greater self-awareness. I’ve given workshops, training and coaching on everything from hiring to sales, from DiSC Solutions to Emotional Intelligence. As a 20-year veteran of the sales world, I understand the importance of ROI for decision makers and make that a priority. Having spent the last five years in a business unit for one of the Top 10 largest privately held U.S. companies, I apply an exacting filter to all of my workshops. I believe that training is an opportunity to take personal inventory and address any gaps in your skill set that may be blocking you or your team’s performance. I love seeing the “Aha!” moment illuminate my participants’ faces. Providing them with knowledge to “get the carrot” for themselves, rather than just giving them the answer, is an essential element in my approach, and ensures a more memorable experience. My passion is to engage individuals and teams creatively with lively and effective training so their learning takes hold sooner and lasts longer. In recent years, I’ve expanded my own skill set with a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organization from Azusa Pacific University. Currently, I am a doctoral student at Pepperdine University with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership. If you or your team wants to improve performance and effectiveness, and you think that greater self-awareness is the tool that will get you there, contact me now. I would love to help.
