It’s actually a good thing when your engaged with clients so much that you don’t have time to post updates to social media. Right?
In the midst of a challenging environment in 2020 and so far in 2021 — I’ve had the privilege and pleasure to:
2020: Represented PROSCI and facilitate 3 Public Change Management Practicioner events for approximately 100 professionals.

Continued to deliver strategic and tactical change management support for technology initiatives and broad impacting changes for Southern California Edison
2021: Partnered with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics to train several cohorts of Change Management Practitioners, across the nation.
In addition to delivering strategic and tactical change management support for technology initiatives and broad impacting changes, I also led the Southern California Edison Change Management Office to enhance their internal Change Analytics Platform — managing and mitigating change impact and saturation across their 26k employee, contractor and partner community.
Whew! Looking forward to what the rest of 2021 holds! What will 2022 hold?
