Are you an Occupational Therapist passionate about supporting infants and toddlers with developmental delays? Join our team at Early Intervention Specialists and help build brighter futures for children and families in our community.

💼 What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with families and professionals to develop individualized family support plans (IFSPs).
• Provide direct, evidence-based services to children with developmental delays or disabilities.
• Empower caregivers with strategies and resources to support their child’s growth at home.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care.

🧠 What You Bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• PA OT license & NBCOT certification.
• Experience with young children in early intervention or similar settings (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of child development and early intervention policies (IDEA).
• Compassion, communication skills, and a commitment to professional growth.

📣 Are you in need of a car seat for your baby? The first 5 families who attend the Babies in the Burgh Mobile Unit stop in Lower Burrell on July 18th will receive a FREE infant car seat!

Our friends from the Safety Center at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh will be onsite and their certified technicians can help you to check your car seat installation.

Plus, you will have the opportunity to benefit from infant formula, lactation support, and other resources all at no cost. Make sure you save the date!

Happy Family Coaching Friday! Today, we are thrilled to celebrate Mackenzie Keenan for achieving her endorsement as a PA Early Intervention Coach! Mackenzie, who is an Occupational Therapist in our Western Region, has successfully completed the necessary requirements to become an endorsed PA Early Intervention Coach. This includes completing a Learning Path with coursework, submitting a video demonstrating Family Guided Routines Based Intervention (FGRBI), and being recognized by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL). 1. Follow your child's own pace.

4. Talk to your child often
5. Practice patience when setbacks occur
