You don’t have to have it all together to start healing.
Sometimes it looks like coffee in one hand, crayons on the floor, and a toddler tugging your sleeve.
Burnout doesn’t mean you’re broken — it means you’ve been giving too much without enough support.
Let’s create space for rest, joy, and peace — right in the middle of real life. 🌿

Heart & Healing
Nurturing mind, body & soul.

What are our events all about?

Heart & Healing is a place for connection, conversation, and community. There isn’t a strict agenda—just a welcoming space where families can slow down, spend meaningful time together, and build lasting memories.

We encourage parents and caregivers to stay, participate, and enjoy the activities alongside their children rather than simply dropping them off. Through games, crafts, conversations, and shared experiences, we hope to strengthen family bonds while creating friendships with other families in our community.

Come as you are. Stay, connect, and grow together. We hope to see you at one of our events this week! 💛
