We had the pleasure of working with The H. Chambers Company to represent and visualize reno designs to the Admiralty Point I high-rise condo. The condos are situated on a 10-acre peninsula with the Gulf of Mexico located on the west side, Doctor's Pass located on the south, and Venetian Bay located on the east. Admiralty Point I features 99 condos and was completed in 1976. Condos offer magnificent Gulf of Mexico and/or Venetian Bay and/or Doctor's Pass views.

Collaborating with our clients to help them visually inform their design is one of the most rewarding things we get to be a part of. The overall teamwork, and engaging conversations to get the look and feel the end user is looking for is always gratifying.

We worked with Mann-Hughes Architecture to create visuals for interior renovations to Fairview Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Glenmoore PA.

Hanover's iconic theater could finally be getting a second chance at life!

Among the festivities of the grand opening for Hanover Borough's new Public Administration Building, the borough shared conceptual renderings done by abSketches for a proposal to overhaul the long-vacant and dilapidated theater at 37-41 Frederick St. in downtown Hanover. Hanover County Economic Development acquired the theater in 2022 as the latest in a series of owners attempting to revitalize the vacant theater. The acquisition marked the first time in 95 years that the theater was publicly owned, after years of changing hands between private ownership.

In the renderings shared during the borough event, the Hanover Economic Development Corporation has proposed turning the building into a multi-use retail and community space.

In the renderings, renovations to the building would see two retail spaces, one on either side of the building, with a community space in the middle.
