Kate Osborne – VP Healthcare Business Development and Communication

Stefko Consulting is pleased to welcome Kate Osborne as VP Healthcare Business Development and Communication. We look forward to the leadership and strategic insight she will bring to Stefko Consulting’s healthcare and organizational consulting initiatives. Her responsibilities include supporting strategic business development efforts, leadership development solutions, organizational effectiveness initiatives, healthcare consulting opportunities, health and wellness coaching, and client relationship growth.

Kate is an accomplished leader in digital healthcare space, including operations, end to end customer experience leadership, and coaching. She has extensive experience improving engagement, streamlining workflows and strengthening cross-functional collaboration between product, clinical, marketing and operation teams.

Throughout her career, Kate led and supported talent development and team-building initiatives, helping organizations elevate performance, communication, and culture. She is passionate about creating experiences that work for both clients and the people or patients they serve.

Outside of her consulting work, Kate is deeply rooted in community, supporting her children’s love of sports through ice hockey and equestrian events, is married to a veteran who keeps her grounded and well-practiced connecting quickly with people from all backgrounds. She builds trust quickly, understanding what people need or want, and then translating that into clear processes that drive outcomes.

In her role with Stefko Consulting, Kate will support business development efforts, strategic partnerships, health and wellness strategy, organizational consulting initiatives, and leadership development solutions that help clients strengthen culture, performance, operational alignment, and long-term growth.
