Kendall County Health Department is seeking REGISTERED NURSES willing to volunteer in our Coronavirus mass vaccination effort in Kendall County. Many registered nurses are currently needed. Interested volunteer registered nurses will support public health efforts to ensure as many people as possible are vaccinated.

We are excited to announce that the City will be granting $400,000 to 42 local businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and related shutdowns.
Funding for $200,000 of these grants is provided by the Local CURE Economic Support Program, administered by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, and funded through the Federal CARES Act. Funding for the remaining $200,000 of these grants is provided through direct City funding.
The amounts awarded were based on a merit basis, with consideration given to the overall impact of COVID-19 on the business, the continued viability of the business, and qualification under the program.
