Progress is taking shape at the Waynedale K-12 school in Apple Creek, Ohio. Foundation work is underway for the new addition, which will house an auditorium and gymnasium.

Construction is expected to be complete in the summer of 2028.

We recently attended the ribbon cutting for the Western Reserve Port Authority (WRPA)'s new Air Heritage trail honoring the Youngstown Air Reserve Station. The trail is paved with repurposed runway material and takes the form of the C-130 from the 910th Airlift Wing, honoring the aircraft that once operated on the runway.

We're grateful to work with the WRPA as they continue promoting growth and economic development in the Mahoning Valley.

We teamed up with Hastings & Chivetta and spoke with students, staff, and administrators from The College of Wooster to reimagine the Lowry student center into a welcoming space that's both open and inviting. Today, the space features updated recreational games and glass-enclosed meeting rooms equipped with advanced technology and acoustic privacy.

The result is a more functional, modern environment that supports the needs of the campus community.

Firelands High School serves students and staff in Lorain County, Ohio, and through its sustainable design, it also serves the environment.

To achieve LEED Silver Certification, the building incorporates efficient materials and is available to rent for greater community uses.

Youngstown earned a mention in The New York Times, and our project at Lanterman's Mill in Mill Creek MetroParks was featured as part of the story.

Perry Middle School is taking shape. Like any great lesson, success starts with a strong foundation.

The project is halfway toward earning LEED green-building certification. The school is on track to welcome students for the 2028-2029 school year.
