Effective January 1st, 2024, the minimum wage in Ohio for non-tipped employees increased by $0.35 from $10.10 an hour to $10.45 an hour; the wage for tipped employees increased by $0.20 from $5.05 an hour to $5.25 an hour. For more information, check out the Ohio Department of Commerce.

Happy New Year! I'm sure many of you have heard, but just a reminder that starting on January 1st, 2024, many companies will be required to report “Beneficial Ownership Information” to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, or FinCEN, a bureau within the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
