📸👕 HELP US MAKE PICTURE DAY A LITTLE BRIGHTER! 👚💙

Coble Management is working on a special community project — creating a rotating Picture Day wardrobe for local kids who may not have been prepared for picture day.

Sometimes a child forgets it’s picture day, has a spill before photos, or simply doesn’t have a special shirt to wear. We want to make sure they still have the opportunity to feel comfortable, confident, and proud when they step in front of that camera. ❤️

We are looking for donations of NEW or LIKE-NEW TOPS ONLY in a variety of boys' and girls' sizes.

👕 Polos
👚 Blouses
👔 Button-down shirts
🧥 Sweaters & cardigans
✨ Nice, picture-ready tops
📏 Youth sizes XS through XL

The clothing will become part of a rotating wardrobe that can be available to students when needed, allowing the same donated clothing to help multiple children.

We would love to have local businesses, organizations, churches, clothing stores, and community members help us build this wardrobe!

Because every child deserves to feel good about themselves on picture day. 📸❤️

Get ready, Northern California — the Klotz Mobile Detail Car Show Circuit is coming in 2027!

We’re bringing the car community together for 5 shows • 5 cities • 1 epic circuit:

🏁 Yuba City
🏁 Live Oak
🏁 Gridley
🏁 Oroville
🏁 Chico — THE FINALE!

Expect incredible cars, local businesses, vendors, community connections, competition, and plenty of reasons to make every stop on the circuit.

🏆 And yes… there will be a championship trophy waiting at the end.

We’re also getting ready to announce sponsorship opportunities, vendor opportunities, registration details, dates, and more.

We’re looking for local nonprofit organizations throughout the 530 area that are making a real difference—and we want YOU to nominate them!

As we plan for 2027, we want our giving to reflect the causes that matter most to the communities we serve. Whether it’s an organization supporting veterans, seniors, children, families, animals, food insecurity, people with disabilities, or another important local cause, we want to hear about them.

Business owners, here’s a question worth sitting with:

Who are you really hiring?

Because every person you bring into your organization is influencing your culture—whether you realize it or not.

We spend so much time asking:

Do they have the experience?
Do they have the right credentials?
Can they hit the numbers?
Can they do the job?

But what about the questions that reveal who they actually are?

Do they believe in what we're building?

Do their values align with the mission—or are they simply looking for a paycheck?

Are they kind when nobody is watching?

How do they treat the receptionist, the janitor, the new employee, or the person who can't do anything for them?

Do they take accountability—or do they always have someone else to blame?

Do they elevate the people around them—or drain them?

Will they protect the culture we've worked so hard to build?

Because here's the uncomfortable truth:

A highly skilled person with poor character can cost a company far more than an inexperienced person who is willing to learn.
