Friday night seafood:
This one's about to go in the airfryer.
Shrimp, cod, baked at 400 f., for 12 minutes in seasoned butter marinade, with portobello mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, yellow squash, for one tasty, healthy meal. Served over a seafood fried rice, which has cauliflower, brockley, and carrots. Man, ain't life tough?
