Today, our team came together for a meaningful presentation on grief and the many ways it can impact our lives, led by Dr. Kara in recognition of Grief Awareness Month. 💜

The presentation provided an opportunity to learn more about understanding grief, recognizing that everyone experiences loss differently, and the importance of giving ourselves and others compassion, patience, and support through the grieving process.

A special thank you to Dr. Kara for taking the time to share her knowledge, guidance, and valuable resources.

Today’s group focused on Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Services and Employment, facilitated by Gaby. Attendees were engaged throughout the session, asked great questions, and enjoyed drinks and snacks while learning more about the services and employment opportunities available to them.

This was Gaby’s first group session, and it was a great success! We’re excited to have her on the ACHIEVE team and look forward to many more successful groups to come. 💙

Safety starts with preparation. 🦺

At ACHIEVE Human Services, our employees responsible for disinfecting contaminated cells recently completed N95 fit testing and respiratory protection training to meet OSHA requirements. Team members received hands-on instruction on proper respirator use, seal checks, safe removal, and disposal to help ensure a safe work environment.

We’re proud to support meaningful employment through the AbilityOne Program while maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety.
