For our last day of activities, we got creative with painting, sang our hearts out during karaoke, and enjoyed some delicious nachos together. 💚

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we got moving for our minds and bodies 💚

A huge thank you to .spot.by.selene for coming out and leading such a fun, energizing Zumba class for our team! From the music to the movement (and lots of laughs in between), it was a great reminder that taking care of our mental health can also look like dancing, connecting, and simply having fun together.

Movement is medicine, and today we took a moment to prioritize wellness, reduce stress, and celebrate the importance of caring for ourselves—mind and body. 💚
