What is your dream job?

That question made me stop and think.

For me, it isn’t about a title, a position, or what comes next. It’s about knowing that what I’m doing matters.

If I can touch one life, help one person see something differently, find their way forward, or simply remind them that they are capable of more than they realize, then I’m doing exactly what I’m supposed to be doing.

Success looks different to me these days.

It’s not about how many people know your name. It’s about knowing someone’s life is a little better because your paths crossed.

That’s the work I want to keep doing. ❤️

There is a difference between being needed and being valued.

I think that's a difficult realization for a lot of high-achieving people.

You are good at what you do, so more gets handed to you.

You solve the problem, take the extra assignment, stay late, answer the phone, fix what someone else couldn't.

Eventually, being needed starts to feel like your value.

But what happens when you stop overdelivering?

Are you still valued?

That's a question worth sitting with.

Sometimes coaching isn't about changing jobs or making some huge life decision.

It's about understanding your own value, learning where your boundaries need to be, and making decisions from confidence instead of constantly trying to prove yourself.

If you're ready to stop proving your value and start recognizing it, let's have a conversation. Visit www.jillindafreeman.com to learn more.

Being the person everyone depends on can get really lonely.

You're the one who handles it.

At work. At home. In your relationships.

People know you will figure it out because you always do.

But somewhere along the way, being dependable can turn into carrying things that were never meant to be yours alone.

And when you've been strong for everyone else for so long, it can be difficult to even answer a simple question:

What do I need?

Coaching gives you a place where you do not have to take care of anyone else.

A place to sort through what's weighing on you, identify what you can change, establish healthier boundaries, and decide what you want moving forward.

You deserve a place to put some of it down.

If you're ready to make space for yourself, let's start with a conversation.

You can be grateful for your life and still know something needs to change.

Sometimes we look around at everything we've built-the career, the family, the home, the responsibilities—and think, I should be happy.

And maybe you are grateful.

But there's still that little voice saying, Something isn't right.

Wanting more doesn't mean you do not appreciate what you have. Sometimes it simply means you have grown.

The challenge is figuring out what needs to change without making decisions based on exhaustion, frustration, or fear.

That's where clarity matters.

When you understand what you really want, you can stop second-guessing every decision and start moving forward with intention.

You do not have to have it all figured out before asking for support.

Sometimes the first step is simply having a conversation.

Do More. Be More. Have More... Without Losing Yourself In The Process.

What could your “yes” look like?
It’s easy to look at where we are today and decide what isn’t possible.
But what if we asked a different question?

Why not you?

A big part of what I do through Thrive Consulting & Coaching is help people unpack where they are, discover what they really want, and begin seeing possibilities they may have stopped believing were possible.
Especially for professionals who feel undervalued, overworked, or overwhelmed.

Sometimes the first step isn’t knowing exactly how you’ll get there.

It’s believing there might just be a yes.

Stop waiting for the moment you finally feel “qualified enough.”

Your experience got you here. Your courage will keep you here.

Trust what you’ve learned. Trust what you’ve built. And trust yourself enough to take the next step.

Leadership was never meant to require perfection. ⭐️

You were promoted for your judgment, not your flawlessness. Give yourself the same grace you give your team.

Strong leadership isn’t about always getting it right. It’s about having the courage to lead, learn, adjust, and keep moving forward.

If leadership has been feeling heavier than it should, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Visit the link in my bio to learn more about working together.

𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐮𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞.

For so many years, my career was a huge part of my life and, if I’m being truthful, a huge part of my identity. I loved what I did. I loved the people, the relationships, the responsibility, and knowing that the work we were doing mattered.

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝.

What followed was a season I never anticipated and certainly wouldn’t have chosen. It challenged me personally and professionally. It changed relationships. It made me question who I was without the title and the role that had been such a significant part of my life for so long.

There was grief. There was uncertainty. There was a lot of prayer. And somewhere along the way, there was growth.

I began to understand that maybe God wasn’t taking my purpose away at all. Maybe He was redirecting it.

That journey is a big part of what eventually led me to life coaching. Not because I have life completely figured out, but because I know what it feels like when life changes unexpectedly, and you are left trying to figure out who you are, what comes next, and how to move forward.

Over the next several weeks, I am going to share a little more of that story. The career. The changes. The relationships. The lessons. The difficult parts and the unexpected blessings that came from them.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.

And if you happen to be walking through a season you never planned for either, I hope something in my story reminds you that a chapter ending does not mean your purpose ended with it.

Sometimes it’s exactly where the next part of your story begins. ❤️
