Cactus Storage is now Better Self Storage!

We are pleased to announce that the property is under new ownership and is now operating as Better Self Storage in Yuma, Arizona.

Our goal is simple: to take the Cactus Storage experience and make it even BETTER.

Upgrades and improvements are planned throughout 2027 as we continue investing in the property and the overall customer experience.

Planned improvements include:
• Updated Better Self Storage branding
• Additional property lighting
• Expanded camera coverage
• Fresh paint and property improvements
• Improved access for RV storage customers
• Additional storage units
• Continued improvements throughout the property

Better Self Storage is more than just storage. Our property also offers onsite propane sales, a convenient water station, RV parking, drive-up storage access, and the Angry Italian restaurant onsite.

Whether you’re stopping by for storage, filling propane, using the water station, parking your RV, or grabbing a meal, our goal is to make the property a convenient one-stop location for the Yuma community.

We’re excited about what’s ahead and look forward to sharing the improvements coming throughout 2027.
