Appraisers who take REO and FHA work are required to be Certified... And Certification now requires that an appraiser has a Bachelors degree, which I already had when the requirement took effect, yet I didn't get a raise from AMCs for being so qualified. When do we get proper compensation for the expertise, responsibility and professionalism that is expected of us?
