🌟 Hocking County Health Department Represented at the AOHC Fall Conference!

Jamie Carrell, Hocking County Health Commissioner, had the opportunity to serve as a panelist alongside other public health professionals at the Association of Ohio Health Commissioners (AOHC) Fall Conference.

The session, “Waste in Plain Sight: QI Wins Hidden in Everyday Administrative Processes,” focused on helping Ohio's local public health leaders and administrative staff use Quality Improvement (QI) strategies to identify hidden inefficiencies in everyday administrative tasks.

Jamie shared Hocking County Health Department's experience with a QI project focused on improving staff training documentation, increasing accountability, and creating more efficient internal processes.

The presentation was facilitated by Brad Hollingsworth from Hollingsworth Consulting LLC in partnership with the Public Health Services Council of Ohio.
