We are hosting a Mommy and Me Pilates Mat class on May 9, 2026 from 2:30-3:30! 🤱🏻🧘🏻‍♀️

This event will only be available for 10 guests at our normal rate & FREE for members!

You are encouraged to bring your little ones and participate with them or allow them to play freely. Children can play before and after the event for as long as you want!

There will be light refreshments and a craft for your littles to create and take home! 🥐🎨

Please bring your own mat. 😊
