🌟 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: DR. JARED WADE!*🌟

This week, we got to learn more about the man behind the the business and president of our chapter 🙌

Dr. Jared Wade is the man behind Mosquito Militia and Mid-Sota Wildlife Ops, but as we discovered, he’s like an onion 🧅 — he has SO many layers! 😂

From learning about his beautiful family, including his fiancée Kate, two girls, and three boys ❤️, to discovering he has a football career in his past and grew up doing theater 🎭, there’s a whole lot more to Jared than meets the eye!

And let’s not forget the education! 🎓 Jared has so many degrees that there are practically more letters after his name than in the alphabet! 📚

One thing that really stands out is Jared’s mission behind Mid-Sota Wildlife Ops: to be a voice for those who don’t have one. ❤️🦌 It’s a meaningful mission that shows there’s so much more behind what he does than just running a business.

From a career in HR to owning his own business for the past 10 years, Jared brings an incredible amount of life experience, knowledge, and wisdom to our group. His journey is a great reminder that every business owner has a unique story that makes them who they are today.

We are so grateful to have Jared leading our chapter and sharing his experience, leadership, and personality with all of us! 💙

Thanks for being our fearless leader, Jared! We loved getting to know more of the man behind the businesses! 👏

🌟 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: DR. JESS!🌟

This last week at Biz to Biz, we got to know a little more about our amazing chiropractor, Dr. Jess!🦴✨

We learned what inspired her to become a chiropractor and, more importantly, about her genuine desire to help her patients feel their best and live healthier, happier lives.❤️

We also learned a few fun facts about Dr. Jess! She’s an Iowa native 🌽 and a big soccer fan ⚽!

We’re so grateful to have Dr. Jess as part of our Biz to Biz family. Her passion for helping others and the knowledge she brings to our group make her such a valued member!

Be sure to say hi to Dr. Jess next time you see her! 👋

We love getting to know the people behind the businesses in our group!💙

🏆 Our Last Two Commercial Winners!🏆

We’ve had TWO fantastic commercial winners over the last couple of weeks, and both Gavin and Anna did an amazing job educating our chapter! 👏

🏠 **Gavin with State Farm Insurance Agency** helped educate us on something many homeowners may not think about until it’s too late — **roof coverage!** Understanding what your insurance policy covers (and what it may not) can make a big difference when the unexpected happens.

🧼 **Anna with Neat Haven Cleaning** reminded us that a clean home isn’t just about making things look nice! ✨ Keeping your home clean can also play an important role in **overall health and well-being.**

We love seeing our members use their commercials to teach us something valuable while showcasing what they do best! 🙌

Congratulations, Gavin and Anna! 🎉

Who’s going to take home Best Commercial next?!👀🏆

🐾🏍️💼 Getting to know Jennifer Sawyer!

This week, we got the chance to hear a little more about our very own Jennifer Sawyer and what a fun glimpse into the person behind the business!

We learned about her love for animals, motorcycles, and small business ownership, but one of the best parts was hearing the story of how she became the owner of Biz to Biz** and the heart and passion she has for this organization. ❤️

Jennifer brings so much wisdom, knowledge, experience, and genuine care to our chapter, and we are incredibly grateful to have her as part of our Biz to Biz family!

It’s members like Jennifer who make this group so special. We love getting to know not just what our members do, but why they do it and what drives them.

Thank you, Jennifer, for everything you bring to our chapter! We’re lucky to have you! 🙌

🏆 BEST COMMERCIAL WINNER!🏆

Last week, our very own member Dr. Jess took home the win for Best Commercial! 🎉👏

She gave us a fun, interactive commercial while also educating us on something we could ALL use a little more of—taking a moment to slow down and take a deep breath… the right way!😮‍💨

We love Dr. Jess’s passion for helping others feel their absolute best, and she definitely brought that passion (and some fun!) to her commercial! 💙

Congratulations, Dr. Jess! 🎉

Now the question is… WHO’S GONNA TAKE HOME THE WIN THIS WEEK?!👀🏆

We can’t wait to see what our members come up with! 😄

📚✨ We loved getting to hear from children’s author Marcy McKay and learn the story behind her book, There Once Was a Froggie!🐸💚

It was so special hearing how this story started as storytelling for her own children and eventually came to life as a book. We love when a simple idea created with love turns into something that can be shared with so many families!

There Once Was a Froggie is a sweet story centered around kindness and friendship—two lessons we can never have enough of. 🥰

We can’t wait to read the rest of the series and see where Froggie’s adventures take us! 🐸📖

Thank you, Marcy, for sharing your story and your passion with us! ❤️

🦉 Meet Roy — Our Wise Old Owl!🏡💰

This week, Roy had his turn presenting to our Biz to Biz group, and we got to learn even more about the man behind the mortgages!

Roy is our resident “wise old owl”🦉 and the one responsible for keeping us thinking with his **Quote of the Week** every week.

He’s always saying that mortgages are “boring”…*but somehow, Roy always manages to make them a whole lot more interesting! 😂

What we love most about Roy is his genuine passion for what he does. He’s always willing to sit down, have a conversation, answer questions, and give you honest feedback about your situation and needs. He truly wants to help you figure out what’s best for *you* and your mortgage.

We’re lucky to have Roy as part of our Biz to Biz family! ❤️

Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us, Roy—and for proving that mortgages don’t *have* to be boring! 😉🦉
