Apps and tools to organize your 2022 🤓
A new year comes with new challenges and we want to help you achieve your goals. And the main question is: what’s a workplace nowadays without virtual helpers? These planning, monitoring and organization platforms we mention here have provided us with the tools needed to keep a clean and lean pipeline. Let’s briefly go through them:
🟣 Discord: instant communication with clients and teammates. Channels and categories work as buckets of information so that we don’t miss anything.
🟣 MeisterTask: project management service to keep tasks and projects up to date and share information about solutions. (Although some of our clients prefer Asana, Trello, Jira, that’s OK, we love them anyways :) )
🟣 GitHub and BitBucket: where our repositories reside and evolve.
🟣 Harvest: time entries, reporting and invoicing tool we use for effort tracking and transparency when it comes to sharing what we’ve done with our clients..

We’d like to share another success story: development of the DeckMatch tool in DIY Home Center’s eCommerce website. We united forces with DIY Home Center to bring one of their ideas to life.

The goal is to provide assertive results for those looking for products related to their deck using matrices that connect the product's material, brand and color. It is a standalone tool that shows results which are organized according to predefined classes, making it easier for the customer to understand and find what they were looking for.

Using this tool we help customers to find products that suit their needs. DeckMatch brings clarity to the shopping experience.

Teaching for growth, that's the main value of Ánima, our CSR program.

Broken Rubik wants to build the path for young professionals and we offer IT internships for them to visualize and develop their potential in the field.

For example, Camila is an actual intern of BR and she is having her first job with 16 years within the company. She is learning about IT, development, design, QA and Netsuite and this is her testimonial:
