Gave D&C Marine a call to have our True Mfg reach-in unit serviced. Christian came by at 9 a.m. and had us sorted in short order. Cleaned, serviced and tested, the kegerator is humming along nicely now. It's great dealing with a professional here in the BVI.

The German Hefeweisse spent a week wrapped in a beach towel, just beneath the A/C flow. Fermentation was brisk, then on to Secondary for maturation.

The latest fresh ale from Hawk's Nest is on tap at The Tamarind Club today, just in time for Friday Night Trivia. Our Surf School Summer IPA is a Pale Ale, characterized by juicy, citrus, and floral flavors. Subtle and less piney hop taste than typical IPAs, it refreshes and finishes dry with a smooth consistency or "mouthfeel", and slight hazy appearance. Just ask the barmaid for a "Surf School Ale" - it may be our best brew yet.

Welcome to Hawk's Nest Brewing in the British Virgin Islands. Come visit our beautiful shores and experience the crystal clear warm Caribbean waters. While here, stop by for a taste of our fresh ales and lagers. We will post each release here, with a brief description. We produce only all-grain, unfiltered ales. Most are cask or bottle conditioned for the best taste. No preservatives or additives are ever used.
