USVI BUSINESS LICENSES
● NEW Business License Application (for individuals / sole proprietors / USVI LLCs and USVI corporations).
● Annual renewal of existing Business License (all entities). Fees include filing documents at the agency and consistent personal follow up. USVI TRADENAMES
● NEW Tradename Application (for individuals / sole proprietors and for USVI LLCs and USVI corporations).
● NEW Tradename Application (for foreign / U.S. LLCs or corporations).
● Renew an existing USVI Tradename (renewals are due every 2 years). OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE (please let me know what you're looking for and what you need - we can discuss!):

NOVEMBER 11, 2025:
Governor Albert Bryan Jr. has signed into law a series of bills passed by the 36th Legislature of the Virgin Islands, including measures establishing a 90-day tax amnesty period.
The Governor approved Bill No. 36-0083, which creates a 90-DAY TAX AMNESTY PROGRAM WAIVING *PENALTIES FOR OVERDUE PROPERTY TAXES, OVERDUE INCOME TAXES and OVERDUE GROSS RECEIPT TAXES.*
The initiative is intended to assist taxpayers and businesses still recovering from Hurricanes Irma and Maria and Tropical Storm Ernesto.
