• Assist with Articles of Organization for Virgin Islands corporations and limited liabi

lity companies:

• Register Corporation/LLC/Tradename with Lieutenant Governor Office:

• Navigate the business licensing process with the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs:

• Basic bi-weekly payroll:

o $100 Startup under 15 Employees
o $7/employee/pay period
o $100 for 3 Quarterly Reports four times a year. Security/Medicaid, VIDOL VIESA Report)
o $35/hr for related work outside of scope above
o This rate assumes a bi-weekly schedule as directed by A+
