Our office is open! We are working from home and our Christiansted location will be open during curfew hours! Internet has been challenging- please be patient with our email replies! We will be checking on sites as roads allow us.
We all have a lot of work ahead of us, we need to plan and rebuild our islands's infrastructure better, we need to be more prepare for these storms! It takes a long term plan: can you imagine if an underground utilities project had started after Hurricane Hugo 30 years ago? St Croix would look completely different today, we would only have major cleaning! The fallen poles and power lines is the biggest problem and it makes the recovery longer! It will not take a year or five but if we have a 10 year plan to get underground utilities on our main roads it will make a huge difference to any storm recovery time!
Thank you for all your messages, specially the ones telling us how well your houses did!!

We loved seeing one of our favorite St Croix project & favorite clients Pat & Mark Sellergren host the 2017 Fork & Cork event of St Croix Food & Wine Experience @ Sweet Lime House.

This project was all about outdoor living and entertaining, our base was a historic site with an above-ground old stone cistern; our inspiration great people that have travelled, lived in Bali, love furniture design and were open to take an architectural ride with all our crazy recommendations to create a unique space! Thank you Quiana Adams for the amazing pictures, it is a storytelling journey of the whole event!

Looking @ potential properties with clients and realtors is always interesting; we learn the actual value of homes, what moves the market, etc….. Also your realtor may show your architects the true potential of a tope bathtub with gold fixtures, 4 canopy shower heads … and amazing Christiansted views! Thank you Chris Hanley of Farchette & Hanley Real Estate for the fun walkthrough in this 80’s palace – we cannot wait for the opportunity to renovate it!
