Hong Kong may be the destination for your next company, investment, banking arrangement, or regional expansion. But getting the business there is not only about setting up the structure — the documents supporting it need to be ready for their intended use as well.

For Vietnam-issued documents, the required formalities can vary depending on the document, its purpose, and who will receive it in Hong Kong. Certification, notarisation, legalisation or other authentication steps may apply.

Mở rộng từ Việt Nam sang Hồng Kông? Sự chuẩn bị phù hợp cần bắt đầu ngay từ khi hồ sơ còn ở Việt Nam.

Hồng Kông có thể là điểm đến cho kế hoạch thành lập công ty, đầu tư, ngân hàng hoặc mở rộng hoạt động trong khu vực. Tuy nhiên, để một kế hoạch kinh doanh có thể triển khai thuận lợi, không chỉ cấu trúc doanh nghiệp cần được chuẩn bị mà hồ sơ, giấy tờ đi kèm cũng cần sẵn sàng cho đúng mục đích sử dụng.

Đối với giấy tờ được cấp hoặc lập tại Việt Nam, thủ tục cần thực hiện có thể khác nhau tùy loại giấy tờ, mục đích sử dụng và yêu cầu của bên tiếp nhận tại Hồng Kông. Hồ sơ có thể cần chứng nhận, công chứng, hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự hoặc các bước xác thực phù hợp khác.

Quy định VAT mới đang thay đổi cách doanh nghiệp quản lý các khoản điều chỉnh từ những kỳ trước.

Từ ngày 1/7/2026, quy định mới về kê khai VAT tại Việt Nam mở ra cách xử lý linh hoạt hơn đối với một số khoản điều chỉnh đủ điều kiện từ các kỳ trước.

A 50/50 joint venture may look perfectly balanced on paper. But when shareholders disagree, equal ownership does not always mean equal control.
