You often feel tired, not because you've done too much, but because you've done too little of what sparks a light in you. Prices:
Individual session for 40-45 minutes (Zoom) – 50 USD
5-session package (once a week) – 250 USD
10-session package (once a week) – 440 USD

Payment by card or via Paypal. A 12-hour postponement warning is required, otherwise the meeting is considered to have been held. I suggest you make an appointment with me for an 1,5h-long introductory meeting, where we will get acquainted, discuss your goals and your situation, I answer your questions and conduct an individual coaching session with your current request (the price is 25 USD).

💡Другой формат моей работы – тематические групповые коуч-сессии. От 4 до 12 участников собираются в онлайн-пространстве (зум) и обсуждают свои проблемы и задачи в определённой теме.
💡Например, как всё успевать, как начать своё дело, как преодолеть страхи, как понять свои истинные цели и проч.
💡Я задаю специальную структуру беседы, в которой потенциал каждого участника раскрывается и он находит подходящие для себя решения.
💡Попутно каждый может услышать, с чем сталкиваются и как справляются другие люди. Это подпитывает уверенностью и расширяет горизонты возможностей.

Длительность 90-120 минут.
Стоимость 1000 р с участника.
Следующая коуч-сессия пройдёт 8 сентября (четверг) в 9.00 МСК.

So, what have I "nibbled" over the past week?

🦷I made up and implemented various activities with children (hiking in the mountains above the ocean, modeling pizza from plasticine, an Evening of memories).
👣Selecting a Vietnamese teacher for our entire family.
🦷Taking steps in the Duolingo language app.
👣Completed the creation of one of the films about our life in Vietnam.
🦷Playing blitz chess online.
👣I arranged a selfmade dance class for myself (I hadn’t do this for a long time! got a lot of pleasure).
🦷I work individually as a client with a specialist.
👣I am reviewing the records of trainings I took before (for a coach, for an observer/mentor).
🦷I am recruiting clients for individual work with me as a coach (in Russian and in English).
👣I study to become an English teacher (TEFL).
🦷Communicating via messangers with several people at the same time (for casual and work purposes).
👣Pulling out my diploma from the Medical Academy from Russia - to apply for a long-term visa here (very challenging process).
🦷Constantly watching different videos on YouTube (educational, about psychology and life, interviews, masterminds, etc).
👣Finally, I ordered goods in the online store (I had slowed down with the order for 2 months with no reason).
🦷In addition, I unexpectedly received a gift from my husband (super expensive and very functional).
👣And I am also exploring the best way to invest in bitcoin.

I have to say, all this is chaotic and in bulk. But I'm moving forward. And the emotional upsurge happened! I asked myself – where has my energy come from? And I saw an unexpected paradox. More on that -- in the next post.

🍡I have realized that it is impossible to plan everything perfectly, put it all on a calendar and then strictly follow.

🐏All my life processes are pretty chaotic. It's not how "good girls" should live. And I'm not really happy about that.
🦓But… I don’t give a damn! I just need to wade through all this pile of implemented images, imperfection, and dissatisfaction with myself. Just go and do it!
🧤I can't forever wait for a perfect order in my head and thoughts! I need to act! Little by little, slowly, I catch my waves of motivation and the slightest urge to act. And then I perform. I bite one little bite after another, here and there. And it works!

🍡Life and daily planning helps to see the whole picture and to prioritize.
🐏But generally it sucks because due to planning I can see a bunch of things I want to do in one place at one time.
🦓My brain starts wishing to do all at once and I start to suffer because I’m obviously incapable and insufficient!
🧤So those planning sheets become my torturer, rather than being helpful.
