Dear Ceresglobal Investors!,
We would like to send to the global ceresglobal community some important information directly related to the CRSTK token and the SOCTF electronic stock token as follows:
⁃ FOR CRSTK TOKEN:
* Comply with the Legislative Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission for India (abbreviated as SEBI). Currently, the process of putting CRSTK tokens on the exchange is gradually entering the final stage, we are urgently negotiating with one of the following 13 exchanges to complete the process of putting CRSTK tokens on automatic trading due to:
1 - Techjockey.com (follow the link https://www.techjockey.com/blog/best-sebi-regulated-forex-brokers including 12 international forex exchanges);
2 - Ramifx.com (international forex trading platform that is not part of techjockey.com's system);
⁃ FOR SOCTF ELECTRONIC STOCK:
* We officially stop the diamond donation program of all investment packages in SOCTF electronic stock blocks. The time to stop giving diamond program is from July 1, 2022, instead we will launch separate reward programs for each market from time to time and will have a separate announcement for each the market when there are promotions and rewards.
* We will officially put the SOCTF stock on demo at one of the above 13 forex exchanges, it will run in parallel with the CRSTK token (CRSTK token for official run and SOCTF token for demo).
* In the near future, we will have some changes to the way of monthly interest payment, quarterly dividend payment of stock blocks at ceresglobal.io and ceresglobal.org websites.
All of our changes must be in accordance with the law, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Commission for India (SEBI) regulations. The goal is towards the interests of the ceresglobal community in general and the sustainability and long-term of the company in particular.
