The Legacy Road — let’s start here. 🌱
At Mixel Vietnam, we believe legacy isn’t always something monumental. Sometimes, it’s a lesson learned the hard way, a piece of advice, or simply a few words that help the next person move forward a little faster.
If we want to go far, it’s not enough to simply go together. We also have to pass along what we’ve learned — so the people coming after us have a foundation to stand on. Small things, perhaps, but they can help the next person move faster, learn sooner, and feel a little less alone.
At our recent Freshers Sharing Session, our newest interns heard from people who once stood exactly where they are now — former interns who have grown into full-time engineers. They shared their journeys, challenges, lessons learned, and the advice they wish they had received on day one. Beyond technical training, we believe growing into a great engineer also means developing communication, collaboration, and professional skills and, most importantly, staying curious and willing to learn.
The highlight was the handover of “Letters to the Next Generation” - personal messages from the outgoing interns to the new batch, filled with encouragement, reflections, and advice.
We hope this becomes a tradition that connects every generation of Mixel interns. Because every journey is different, but no one has to walk it alone.
Welcome to the journey, new interns. One day, it’ll be your turn to write the next letter. 💙
