What is Responsible tourism?
Travelling is a way to open our minds to the world and the realisation that we are all different but we’re also the same. And doing it responsibly gives us an opportunity to learn through meaningful connections with local people and to get a better understanding of local cultural, as well as social and environmental issues.
If you haven’t given responsible tourism a thought before, it’s hard to know where to start on your way to becoming a better traveller, and even to visualise how it can apply to your own travels.
Things like homestays or immersive tours to visit and learn from rural or indigenous communities, or even simply staying in locally-run accommodation rather than international chains, can be a great means of genuine cultural exchange and ensuring your money stays in-country.
Responsible travel that engages with local communities is also a humbling opportunity to learn from the people whose country you’re visiting. While I do travel to admire stunning landscapes, interacting with other people and hearing their stories of what life is like in their part of the globe is the most powerful way of learning while traveling.
As you can see, responsible tourism comes in many different forms. However, making sure that we travel responsibly requires a joint effort with the travel industry.
With that in mind, I’ve also highlighted a few success stories of the positive impact sustainable and responsible tourism brings to local communities and the environment, but this time these stories come from actions taken within the travel industry.
These aspects of responsible travel will take a variety of forms depending on the community, its culture and the environment, but it’s a good place to start thinking about what we can do to do our bit and travel responsibly
I hope this article about what is responsible tourism will give you enough food for thought about the impact our choices have when it comes to travel.

Prepare for IELTS Online :
Before you book, please contact the organisation you’re applying to, to confirm that they accept the type of test you are choosing. IELTS Online is not accepted by immigration authorities.

Key requirements
You must be 18 years old or older
A valid passport
Access to a private, well-lit room
Two hours and fifty minutes of uninterrupted time
A stable internet connection
A computer or laptop (the test cannot be taken on a tablet or mobile phone). Most Windows and Mac computers are suitable for IELTS Online.
The Inspera Exam Portal app needs to be downloaded before the test day
We encourage you to check our technical requirements for taking IELTS Online, which include:

speed of internet connection
computer model and operating system
downloading Inspera Exam Portal software
internet browser updates

Security requirements: To ensure IELTS Online is a trusted test, there are several security measures in place:

ID check process - An examiner will check your identification document which you used to book your test.
Secure online environment - Once it is activated at the start of the test, the IELTS Exam Portal software will limit access to other functionality on your computer.When the test is finished, the software can be removed.
Plagiarism check
Human and AI Proctoring - You will be monitored through the computer camera for the duration of your test.

Camera, speakers, microphone
You will need the following:

External or in-built computer camera.
External or in-built speakers and microphone. Headphones, headsets or any type of ear-device are not permitted.
For the room scan checks you will need to be asked to move your camera to get a full view of your room. You will also need a tablet or mobile phone with a camera for the room scan, and this must be switched off and placed out of reach once the room scan is complete.
Speed of internet connection
We recommend you download the latest version of your internet browser and check your connection speed meets our requirements:

Minimum internet speed requirements 600kbps
Inspera Exam Portal
To take IELTS Online you will need to download the Inspera Exam Portal using the most recent version of one of the following web browsers:

Google Chrome
Apple Safari (for MacOS)
Mozilla Firefox
Once you have booked your test, you will be emailed a link to download the Inspera Exam Portal. We recommend you do this at least one day before your test to carry out pre-test system checks.

If your pre-test system checks fail, restart your device and make sure no additional screen is connected to your computer/laptop.

Đất nước đẹp vô cùng nhưng Bác phải ra đi
Cho tôi làm sóng dưới con tàu đưa tiễn Bác!
Khi bờ bãi dần lui, làng xóm khuất
Bốn phía nhìn không một bóng hàng tre.
Đêm xa nước đầu tiên, ai nỡ ngủ?
Sóng vỗ dưới thân tàu đâu phải sóng quê hương!
Trời từ đây chẳng xanh màu xứ sở,
Xa nước rồi, càng hiểu nước đau thương!
Lũ chúng ta ngủ trong giường chiếu hẹp
Giấc mơ con đè nát cuộc đời con!
Hạnh phúc đựng trong một tà áo đẹp!
Một mái nhà yên rủ bóng xuống tâm hồn.
Trǎm cơn mơ không chống nổi một đêm dày

Một viên gạch hồng, Bác chống lại cả một mùa bǎng giá
Và sương mù thành Luân Đôn, ngươi có nhớ
Giọt mồ hôi Người nhỏ giữa đêm khuya?
Đời bồi tàu lênh đênh theo sóng bể
Người đi hỏi khắp bóng cờ châu Mỹ, châu Phi,
Những đất tự do, những trời nô lệ,
Những con đường cách mạng đang tìm đi.
Đêm mơ nước, ngày thấy hình của nước
Cây cỏ trong chiêm bao xanh sắc biếc quê nhà
Ăn một miếng ngon cũng đắng lòng vì Tổ quốc
Chẳng yên lòng khi ngắm một nhành hoa.
Ngày mai dân ta sẽ sống sao đây?
Sông Hồng chảy về đâu? Và lịch sử?
Bao giờ dải Trường Sơn bừng giấc ngủ
Cánh tay thần Phù Đổng sẽ vươn mây?
Rồi cờ sẽ ra sao? Tiếng hát sẽ ra sao?
Nụ cười sẽ ra sao?...
Ơi, độc lập!
Xanh biếc mấy là trời xanh Tổ quốc
Khi tự do về chói ở trên đầu.
Kìa mặt trời Nga bừng chói ở phương Đông
Cây cay đắng đã ra mùa quả ngọt
Người cay đắng đã chia phần hạnh phúc
Sao vàng bay theo liềm búa công nông.
Luận cương đến với Bác Hồ. Và Người đã khóc
Lệ Bác Hồ rơi trên chữ Lê Nin.
Bốn bức tường im nghe Bác lật từng trang sách gấp
Tưởng bên ngoài, đất nước đợi mong tin.
Bác reo lên một mình như nói cùng dân tộc:
"Cơm áo là đây! Hạnh phúc đây rồi!"

Phút khóc đầu tiên là phút Bác Hồ cười,
Bác thấy:
Dân ta bưng bát cơm mồ hôi nước mắt
Ruộng theo trâu về lại với người cày
Mỏ thiếc, hầm than, rừng vàng, biển bạc...
Không còn người bỏ xác bên đường ray.
Giặc nước đuổi xong rồi. Trời xanh thành tiếng hát
Điện theo trǎng vào phòng ngủ công nhân
Những kẻ quê mùa đã thành trí thức
Tǎm tối cần lao nay hóa những anh hùng.
Nước Việt Nam nghìn nǎm Đinh, Lý, Trần, Lê
Thành nước Việt nhân dân trong mát suối
Mái rạ nghìn nǎm hồng thay sắc ngói
Những đời thường cũng có bóng hoa che.
Ôi! Đường đến với Lênin là đường về Tổ quốc
Tuyết Matxcơva sáng ấy lạnh trǎm lần
Trong tuyết trắng như đọng nhiều nước mắt
Lênin mất rồi! Nhưng Bác chẳng dừng chân.

Biên giới còn xa nhưng Bác thấy đã đến rồi
Kìa! Bóng Bác đang hôn lên hòn đất
Lắng nghe trong màu hồng, hình đất nước phôi thai.
